As the Head of Rehabilitation at ESS, Liana is responsible for working collaboratively with the Strength and Conditioning team to deliver her injury prevention and rehabilitation programs to ESS athletes within the Athlete Development Program (ADP) and clients within the group rehabilitation and

In addition to her Exercise Physiology skills, she has taught the Diploma of Fitness Coaching to future fitness professionals and has previously worked as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for many years.
